IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER
If
undamaged and in original condition, Acculign products may be returned
for any reason within thirty days of the purchase. A fifteen
percent restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Acculign products carry a limited warranty for a period of one year from
the date of purchase. Warranties do not apply to products that have been
damaged by accident or misuse, or as a result of service or modifications other
than through Acculign, Inc. In all cases, shipping arrangements and charges are the responsibility of, and to the
account of the user.
Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such
quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer
shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential,
arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Before using, the
user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and
user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection
therewith.
The foregoing may not be altered except by an arrangement signed by the
officers of seller and manufacturer.
